Pre-fabrication means the house will be delivered in sections and assembled on the spot. Module housing means you may start building your house with a base unit and extend at any time. It is never to late.

The house is built with European standard with frames in steel, walls with 7,5 cm thick thermo blocks that will give good insulation against heat and noise. Floors with fiber cement and tiles on top. All electrical wiring comes grounded and meets Europen standards. The house is placed on piles.

There are lots of available accessories such as windows and other extra equipment. Choose what ever suits your taste and/or wallet. Since everything is standard it becomes very cost effective.

You get a base unit at only 109.000 THB (glass wall in picture not included). A fully equipped base unit together with one additional unit will cost you less than 350.000 THB and a 3-unit under 450.000 THB. Together with some extra equipment and a furniture pack you pay under 650.000 THB in total. A complete and luxury house in paradise. Mentioned prices may differ due to choise of extra equipment.
